I am currently Key Account Director for National Highways for Costain Group PLC, part of the Highways sector Senior Leadership Team across contracting and consulting. I hold business plan delivery ownership for a £500m account, people and line management responsibilities and customer/collaborative performance and business targets.

Previously I worked for 17 years in Consulting holding senior leadership positions including Regional Director for Highways Consultancy in London and SE Region for Arcadis where I developed and created numerous new client accounts and revenue streams for the company as well as leading major programme delivery.

I have practical experience of contributing to P&L with strategic pipeline planning to balancing revenue against profit & margins. I have a passion to continue to improve operations through practical methods such as data intelligence, standardisation and lean methods to deliver efficiency for end customer.

I am a passionate trustee of a STEM charity, a board member and Social value advocate and have huge regard for effective organisational development. I work to bring P13 principals to all aspects of the business lifecycle and strive to embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion including actively driving staff development and growth.
