I lead the delivery of One Housing's (part of Riverside Group) £170m Cladding Remediation Programme, working alongside colleagues within the organisation to manage building safety risk in a holistic manner. My team is responsible for the pre-mobilisation, mobilisation and delivery stages of building safety cladding remediation works, as well as resident engagement, grants and third party cost recovery actions. At the Greater London Authority (GLA), I previously led several initiatives to improve building safety and housing in London in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower fire. As part of this, I led a team at the GLA focused on delivering the mandate of the high-profile Building Safety Fund set up by the UK Government to improve the safety of residential tower blocks across England. My background is in urban planning as I completed a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the London School of Economics.
