Pauline Traetto is an experienced business leader with the acumen and flair to lead business strategy across multisession-functional teams to deliver impact, results, and growth. With over 25 years industry experience, expertise in marketing, commercial sales and performance, training, international growth, client management, partnership business models, and digital learning, Pauline has lead and managed business units and people in the face of change. Pauline has worked in the IT, Automotive and Construction industries, accelerating managed some 180 employees. The success of Pauline’s work led her to developing and launching an entity, the BRE Academy, in 2014. Pauline took the business from 0 to £3m in 2 years through the development of online platforms, face to face training programmes, collaborations, and networks across the globe. Key to Pauline’s skill set is her ability to grow businesses and generate revenue. In 2019, Pauline formed Reconstructing Minds Ltd to provide her expertise and skills to employers and employees across different sectors navigate through change and business growth plans. Pauline has designed and delivered programmes to aid with upskilling workforces here in the UK and abroad as automation, digitisation, and sustainability spearhead the market. Pauline Traetto is a qualified coach, an Honorary Doctorate in Education by Solent Southampton University. and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire.
