Pete Rogers is passionate about helping people build successful careers in construction. At Willmott Dixon, he leads the learning function, helping people develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to keep growing throughout their careers. With 14 years' experience across the construction, publishing and retail sectors, he has worked extensively in leadership development and coaching, designing and delivering programmes in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. Drawing on this experience, he helps organisations build capability, strengthen leadership and foster high-performing cultures. Today, his focus is on developing meaningful career pathways and ensuring the construction industry can develop the diverse, skilled workforce it needs to thrive.
