Phil Brown is Technical Advisory Service Manager and European Regulatory Marketing Manager at Pilkington UK Limited (part of the NSG Group). With almost forty years experience in the glass industry, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical support to customers and specifiers and is the UK representative on several European and International Standards Technical Committees for glass in building.
