Phil is a Partner and Residential Sector Lead at Hawkins/Brown and has extensive residential experience in several residential sub-sectors and tenures, and across a large range of mixed-use high density urban schemes; working with local authorities, housing associations, developers, and contractors in a variety of client structures on mixed-use projects which create whole new neighbourhoods.
He has been involved in several large-scale social housing projects include Burridge Gardens estate regeneration for Peabody in Battersea, the Agar Grove Passivhaus estate regeneration for LB Camden, the Family Welcome Centre in Harold Hill for LB Havering and The City of London Bean Tree Court development in Sydenham.
