As an architect and development surveyor, I was one of the founders of CALDES which dynamically integrated CAD and development cash flows to rapidly analyse complex mixed us developments.

I helped establish RICS Sustainable Development Commission in 2004 and am currently working with Imperial College to build AI/ Digital Twin ecosystems to facilitate the creation of energy positive real estate developments.
