Pui Quan Choi

Pui Quan Choi is an Associate and Inclusive Strategies Lead at Hawkins\Brown. Working primarily in the residential sector, she is committed to delivering high-quality housing in London, working closely with communities on complex mixed-use schemes for local authorities and housing providers.

Alongside her project work, PQ chairs Hawkins\Brown's EDI Employee Voice Group and has co-written the practice's EDI Action Plan, embedding inclusive processes in training, recruitment and design. She is a Course Leader on Open City's Accelerate programme, chairs the NLA's IDEAs Committee and is a Council Member at the Architectural Association. Named AJ100 Mentor of the Year 2025, her work bridges the gaps between academia, practice and industry in the hopes of building a sector that is resilient, regenerative, and inclusive.
