My route into the Construction industry may be considered unusual by some as I studied Law at University before pursuing a Masters in Property Development and Planning. Following this I began working for St James as a Construction Graduate. I spent 4 years working on site and thoroughly enjoyed the different experiences and challenges it presented. Following my years on site, I spent a short amount of time with both our Land and Planning teams and then began my current role in January 2020 with the view to bridging the gap between Land, Planning and the actual delivery of our schemes. I love my current role and the fact that no two sites are the same - it is challenging and exciting at the same time. Everyday is different!
