Rebecca Lee is an architect with over 15 years' experience delivering housing, regeneration and retrofit projects across London and the UK. She is passionate about creating high-quality homes and places that support thriving, inclusive communities, combining design excellence with a strong understanding of the wider social, economic and environmental factors that shape successful neighbourhoods.

Alongside her professional work, Rebecca serves on the London board of Women in Social Housing (WISH), where she champions collaboration, diversity and better outcomes across the housing sector.

Rebecca has a particular interest in the relationship between housing, culture, creativity and economic development, exploring how design, policy and investment can work together to create places where people and communities can flourish. She enjoys bringing people together, challenging assumptions and translating complex issues into practical action.
