Rebecca Piggott is the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator for Kier Highways, responsible for driving D&I initiatives at national and local levels and embedding D&I throughout the business. She promotes best practice and progress in the industry through collaboration with clients, supply chain, industry bodies, and external partners.

Passionate about inspiring others and encouraging engagement, Rebecca strives to show everybody how diversity and inclusion relates to them, and the part we must all play in fostering truly inclusive environments. She approaches her work with a keen understanding of intersectionality and its impact, and is committed to achieving equitable outcomes for marginalised groups.
