Senior Project Manager, Lendlease

In 2018, I completed the 2-year Lendlease Graduate Programme after graduating BSc Construction Project Management at Oxford Brookes University. Whilst a graduate, I delivered principal designer duties under CDM Regulations 2015 for high-profile clients such as Almacantar (Centre Point), Credit Suisse and London City Airport. I also worked as an assistant project manager mainly in the education sector for Girls' Day School Trust and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. I then became the New Palace Yard Logistics Manager in the Houses of Parliament, mitigating the potential risk for claims due to business-as-usual events, ceremonies, and unplanned demonstrations in the busiest London area. I was an assistant project manager, a project manager and was promoted to senior project manager all whilst working on the major refurbishment of the iconic Elizabeth Tower (Houses of Parliament) for the past 5 years. The project won several awards, including Lendlease being Highly Commended in the NEC Consultant of the Year category in the NEC’s 2023 Martin Barnes Awards. In 2021, I completed a MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Kings College London part-time, having won the KCCLA prize for best performance in second-year modules, and I am NEC4 Accredited.

Statement:

"Driving equality is important to me because I think it is a key ingredient the construction industry needs in order to become more productive, agile and welcoming to everyone."
