Richard lead’s Clarion’s development business and is responsible for the Group’s sustainability strategy. Clarion is the UK’s largest housing association, a major developer and an investor in people and places. Richard joined Clarion in 2019, having been head of residential at Lendlease, delivering thousands of new homes in London and the UK. With more than 30 years in the property industry he brings an authoritative voice and rounded perspective and believes passionately in Clarion’s purpose and mission in “building a better future”.
