Richard is an experienced leader in the Built Environment; across all aspects of project lifecycles from early-stage scoping through delivery and into post occupancy. He has worked on a number of industry-leading zero carbon projects and engages across disciplines to ensure sustainability is an integral part of business activity. He currently leads Market engagement for Buro Happold across the UK, promoting a deep understanding of client needs and fostering collaboration.
He is particularly keen to share his own journey to net zero through his own house deep retrofit and lifestyle changes. Demonstrating what can be done, the challenges faced and the strategic mindset needed to be a modern leader.
