Rosemarie Jenkins is a Team Leader at Camden Council, leading and managing a large multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Council’s  largest regeneration project. Whilst her career spans 40 years, Rosemarie has spent over 25 of these working on new homes development for shire and London council’s, housing associations and the private sector. Rosemarie has led teams who have secured two estate ballots, negotiated and secured joint ventures and worked extensively with residents and a range of statutory and non-statutory stakeholders to deliver a range of housing and places shaping solutions for communities. Rosemarie sits on the board of Sapphire Independent Housing.
