Rosie Elvin is the founder of ADHD Focus, a coaching and training organisation supporting neurodivergent individuals and workplaces. With over 16 years’ experience as a Senior Lecturer in Interior Architecture, she brings a strong understanding of how people think, learn, and work differently, which informs her coaching and training. Rosie delivers neurodiversity and ADHD awareness workshops across industries, helping teams understand and harness diverse ways of thinking. Diagnosed with ADHD herself, she is passionate about creating environments—both physical and cultural—where neurodivergent people can thrive
