Ross Fittall is Commercial Development Director of transformational urban regeneration developer MEPC, the asset management and development arm of Federated Hermes Private Markets.
Ross heads up the day-to-day delivery of the £1.2 billion GDV Paradise redevelopment in Birmingham having been involved with the scheme for over a decade. Paradise is now regarded as the UK’s most important and largest city centre development outside of London.
Ross has over 20 years of experience of project management in the property development sector including construction delivery, commercial agreements, planning, lettings, tenant negotiations and property marketing.
Prior roles have been Project Director for Argent at Brindleyplace and Paradise and before that an Associate Director at DBK Partners Ltd as lead Project Manager and Employer's Agent for the multi-million-pound redevelopment of The Mailbox in Birmingham and on the Tower Works mixed use development in Leeds.
Ross is a board member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Midlands as well as a regional judge for BCO Midlands, and is also a board member of LandAid which brings together businesses and individuals from across the property industry to support projects that deliver life-changing services to young people facing homelessness.
