Rudi Nicholls is Senior Communities & Social Impact Manager at Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, leading the design and delivery of social value across Latimer’s development portfolio. He works across new-build schemes to embed social impact into planning, construction, and long-term stewardship, ensuring communities benefit from meaningful and measurable outcomes.

Rudi is an experienced social value leader, having worked in the sector for over a decade across community investment, employment and skills, and supply-chain social value delivery. He has developed large-scale social value strategies aligned with CITB standards, HACT measurement, and Section 106 requirements, and works closely with contractors and local partners to maximise opportunities for residents.

He holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability. Rudi is also the founder of Social Value Circle, a national network of over 1,250 professionals, and has been recognised as a Housing Today Top 30 Housing Champion and an Inside Housing 40 Under 40 leader.
