Currently I serve as both Stakeholder Engagement Officer and Skills and Employment Officer at Costain. Additionally, I am a Mental First Aider and Chair the Mental Health Working Group.
Statement:
"By becoming an Ambassador I will help challenge the stigma surrounding mental health in the industry. I intend to enable conversations surrounding MH in the sector to foster a supportive and understanding workplace culture for more productive outcomes. I’ll use my voice to help shape panel discussions and share resources."
