Hi, my name is Sammie Brown, and I'm passionate about raising awareness about mental health . I'm currently working as an Office Manager at Double Scaffold Design LTD, in effect my role here is to help people. Taking charge in any way possible to make my colleges day a little bit easier, but why stop here. I want to make it my mission to help promote self care and mental health awareness.

Statement:

Mental health is more important now than ever before. In a world full of expectations, commitments, the cost of living crisis, and the demands of every day life, it is so easy to forget to show yourself that even the smallest bit of self care. 
The importance of good mental health ripples into everything we do, think, or say. Meaning with little bit of self care and self awareness we can make our lives that little bit easier, and our minds a that little but happier.
