Sam Morley is a Forensic Architect with Hawkins specialising in construction defects relating to fire safety, damp and personal injury.  He also reviews architects’ design and provides opinion for cases involving professional negligence . He has over 15 years’ experience leading projects across the public and private sectors, from the initial concept through to completion of works on site. Sam is a UK registered and Chartered Architect, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also provides expert evidence to the Architects Registration Board (ARB) Professional Conduct Committee.  Sam recently qualified as a rope access technician helping him inspect hard to reach areas on roofs and facades.
