Sara brings over a decade of construction industry experience with Tier 1 and regional contractors, and during this time has always championed mental health awareness and promoted the benefits of a diverse workforce. As well as heading up the preconstruction team at Interclass, Sara also works as part of the Senior Leadership Team to deliver the company's mental health and wellbeing strategy and is also passionate about encouraging more women into the industry. Sara worked with several specialist employment organisations to change the way Interclass recruit and to actively seek different ways of thinking into the industry help build a more inclusive culture, that also prioritises mental health. In 2022, she was listed in the Top 100 most Influential Women in Construction and she is also an NFB Ambassador.
