Sarah Coutts is Head of Design and Planning for Barking Riverside, one of the largest new developments in Europe. The project will help transform a 443-acre former industrial site into a vibrant new neighbourhood of over 10,000 homes, commercial and leisure space, new schools and facilities, public open spaces and riverside walks – set alongside 2km of Thames river frontage.
