Sarah Meek

Sarah is MD at the award-winning industry charity Mates in Mind that works with businesses of all sizes to nurture, champion and introduce a culture of positive, proactive and preventative mental wellbeing focussing on construction, transport & logistics and other related industries. Key to the success is raising awareness, providing education and reducing the stigma that can surround mental health in the workplace whilst also campaigning for industry change and supporting apprentices in their future careers.

Prior to Mates in Mind, she was Director of Operations at both Relate and The Poppy Factory, a military veterans charity. Sarah also brings 25 years’ experience of working in the NHS as a physiotherapist and as an executive director.
