Sarah Scannell

Sarah has over 16 years’ experience in planning across London Boroughs and the GLA and now leads the planning function at Birmingham City Council, one of the largest Local Planning Authorities in the country. 

Sarah has expert skills across all planning disciplines and has significant experience in driving sustainable growth and delivering positive outcomes. She has a desire to create great places to live, visit and work, and is a passionate advocate of the planning sector.
