Setareh is a London-based Project BIM Manager at Grimshaw, where she leads the digital delivery of high-impact architecture and infrastructure projects across the UK and the Middle East. With a background in architecture and a strong focus on digital strategy for over a decade, she brings together creative design thinking and technical leadership to deliver complex projects at scale.

Before joining Grimshaw, she worked at Buro Happold, where she has led the implementation of digital strategies on complex projects, acted as the primary BIM contact for consultants, and supported teams with setup, workflows, and delivery processes, as well as overseeing model and drawing deliverables validation, managing team capacity and project resourcing, monitoring project budgets and profitability, and delivering company-wide BIM training initiatives successfully trained nearly 400 team members across different levels on BIM and digital tools. She worked closely with consultants across architecture, structure, MEP, leading different disciplines Security, AV and IT, throughout the projects, ensuring alignment across all design and construction phases.
Setareh also founded her own design studio, delivering residential projects with a focus on planning, extension and renovation, technical delivery, and offering her expertise in BIM workflows and digital tools to engineering and architectural practices.

Beyond project work, she is deeply committed to training and mentoring, actively sharing her expertise to upskill teams and support the next generation of digital talent.
