Simon is a Senior Partner at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, leading offices in Bath and Manchester.

Simon holds expertise in the residential, mixed use and education sectors. In the residential sectors, he has worked at many different scales; from large-scale masterplanning and regeneration projects through to the delivery of low scale, high density, low carbon homes. Key projects have been the Circle Square development in Manchester including the delivery of 5 residential phases with PSB and BTR typologies.  More recently he has been working across a suite of regeneration projects in the North-west, as well as masterplanning a new low carbon city in East Africa for over 170,000 residents.

As a former Higher Education sector lead, Simon led the design of the award-winning Business School, School of Digital Arts and Student Union buildings for Manchester Metropolitan University and engineering facilities for the University of Toronto and Trinity College Dublin.  His design for an exhibition and office building in China was awarded the country’s first-ever BREEAM Outstanding certification.
