Siu Mun Li is a multi-award-winning construction leader with over two decades of experience shaping major UK infrastructure and commercial projects. Named Most Influential Woman in Construction 2023/24, she is recognised for her technical expertise, inclusive leadership, and commitment to raising industry standards.
Siu has contributed to some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile schemes, including HS1, the Stratford Olympic Park Bridges, Crossrail, 100 Bishopsgate, 22 Bishopsgate, One Nine Elms and Damac Tower. Her career spans senior leadership roles, including serving as Head of Construction Engineering (Europe) for a global contractor. She now leads Constructing Siu-lutions Ltd, a consultancy dedicated to improving safety, compliance, and professional practice across the built environment.
A Director of the UK Temporary Works Forum and a member of the IOSH Construction Group committee, Siu plays a key role in influencing national guidance and promoting best practice across disciplines. Alongside her technical and strategic contributions, she is a passionate advocate for inclusion, skills development and progressive leadership. She mentors emerging professionals, supports industry-wide talent initiatives, and champions innovation as a driver of safer, more sustainable project delivery.
