Steve is a structural engineering technical director at Mott MacDonald with a track record in the delivery of buildings across a number of sectors, but with particular experience in commercial development. His experience includes over 10 years working on the regeneration around Cambridge station, delivering 9 new buildings as part of a significant masterplan, as well as projects in leisure, retail and heritage buildings. Previously the European Practice Leader for building structures for 5 years, overseeing technical excellence across the region, he is currently leading the structural design of a new 20-storey over station development in Paddington.
