Stuart is Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Management for the DBT Construction Unit and Communications Director for the Construction Leadership Council’s Construct Zero Programme. Stuart’s key areas of responsibilities include:

• Working in partnership with companies and Trade Associations across the sector to understand their real-time challenges, issues, and risks for the short, medium and long-term, engaging with relevant Departments across Government
• Oversight of the relationship between DBT and the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), including working closely on governance issues with the Industry Co-Chair.
• Communications Director for the CLC’s Construct Zero Programme (the sector’s industry-change programme accelerating its transition to Net Zero)
• DBT Relationship Manager for the Construction Sector
