Sybil is the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), where she is responsible for developing and executing a robust DEI strategy for roughly 134,000 surveying professionals globally.

Sybil is also a U.S. Air Force Veteran, having served 12 years as a Public Affairs Officer, specialising in strategic communications and community engagement. Having served the first four years of her USAF career under the discriminatory “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy that prevented LGBTQ+ individuals from serving openly, Sybil has committed her career to driving positive, meaningful change toward a more equitable and inclusive society.
