Sylvain is a MEP Engineer with 10 years of experience in design, retrofit and energy audits. He works as a Building Performance Engineer at AECOM, where his team is at the forefront of optimising building performance. Prior to his current role, Sylvain worked as a MEP engineer and lead the IAQ program for the coworking space provider WeWork.

He is dedicated to closing the performance gap between expectations and actual performance of buildings, by adopting a holistic perspective in evaluating and improving energy efficiency in existing assets while maintaining environments where occupants are satisfied.
