I feel. privilege to be one of the women working in the construction industry. It is more then before highlighted importance of having shortage females in construction industry, however research shows that despite that women still entering their environment with gender-biaaed attitudes, discrimination or unrealistic chalemges. I would like to inspire other women to belive in themselves, encourage to not stop believing in their dream jobs in construction.

Statement:

Working in diversity, equality and inclusion environment can bring different viewpoints and approaches. Everybody including women can highly influence any important decisions, communication can be more effective. Study shows that good gender diversity can increase financial performance as well. In other words driving all above can make construction firms more proactive and productive.
