Tara Hart is a Senior People Business Partner at Vistry and has worked in various sectors over the years starting her HR career in learning and development and moving into Business Partnering over 10 years ago. She supports and advises directors, leaders and employees in a very fast paced and challenging construction business with multiple priorities and super tight deadlines!. She is a passionate diversity and inclusion advocate and is involved in numerous initiatives which she believes directly impact engagement and retention. She has been part of the Diversity and inclusion working group with the HBF and has contributed to best practice and initiatives to try to drive some consistency in construction businesses.
