Tegan Johnson is a practising solicitor specialising in commercial construction, covering both advisory and dispute work. She qualified in 2024 following a Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship, holding a first class law degree from BPP University

She has experience in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters in the construction and infrastructure industry, for a wide range of clients, from developers to contractors and consultants throughout the supply chain, insurers, and funders spanning the full life cycle of a construction project.

Tegan has held board and committee level positions within various groups, including a current position on the London and South East Committee of the National Association of Women in Construction, and has spoken at various industry events. Following “Apprentice of the Year” wins and a “25 under 25 list” recognition, she has been shortlisted for both “Solicitor of the Year” and “Role Model – Rising Star” awards in 2025.
