Terry is a former MD of the CIOB, and an experienced CEO of charities, start-ups and SME businesses. He has a passion for developing people, businesses, technology and change in the Built Environment. Terry is CEO of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT), providing opportunities for disadvantaged people and improving diversity within Surveying and the Built Environment. Plus Terry is MD of ID Atlantic, an MMC Advisory Business disrupting existing practice in the Built Environment and a Partner in a tech startup that uses data capture to increase levels of transparency, efficiency and quality through better informed decision making.
