Tessa is an architect, integrator and building envelope designer who leads the delivery of integrated multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. Her experience ranges from master planning and portfolio-wide decarbonisation strategies to specialist façade and multidisciplinary building engineering design services, with most of these delivered using diverse teams located in different geographies. Tessa is passionate about sustainable development and the urgent need for advocacy, collaboration, and action, to achieve the transformative change needed to shape an equitable and regenerative future. Her geographical focus is on emerging and developing markets, with particular experience in sub-Saharan Africa.
