Thomas Gould

Tom is Head of Digital Transformation for Skanska’s Building Operating Unit in the UK. Tom is responsible for leading on Digital Technology, Information Management, Data and Data Analytics and Innovation strategies. He has extensive experience within the Proptech sector, having most recently co-chaired the development of Intellekt, Skanska’s Intelligent Buildings platform. This web-based platform is a new service offering to the market for Skanska that tracks carbon, operational efficiency and productivity through the use of digital twins – for real estate developers, tenants and FM organisations.
