My name is Tilly-Mae, I am 23 years of age and have worked within the Construction industry for only 3 months however I have been interested in the industry since I was a young woman due to my father being heavily involved within the industry. I was surprised to see the lack of women within the industry when entering it and I would love to be involved in making it a more comfortable environment for women when emerging into the industry.
