Statement:

In a male dominated industry, I feel it is important for women to understand the the unique value they offer in today's construction world. Often, we see talented and dedicated women feel they have to go toe to toe in order to compete. I don't agree. The women I work with all bring a refreshing approach to their roles, our challenge as leaders is to nurture and coach this approach for success, using our experience to guide them, not to change them.
