Tracy Round-Turner
Tracy Round-Turner is Principal of The Peabody Academy, the learning and leadership centre she founded in 2023 for Peabody. Under her leadership, the Academy has a become a recognised force in apprenticeships, professional development and culture change, winning the 2025 Housing Heroes Award for Outstanding Achievement in Recruitment and Training.
As an employer provider, the Academy delivers apprenticeships for Peabody colleagues, alongside wider learning, leadership and development programmes that build capability, strengthen professional practice and support organisational success.
Prior to joining Peabody, Tracy worked in Further Education for more than twenty years including over fifteen years in senior leadership. Before moving into education leadership, she worked as a dancer and choreographer, and continues to teach dance fitness and aerial yoga in London. She brings creativity, energy and pragmatism to her work with a strong belief in the power of learning as a route to opportunity to help people flourish, shape culture and create lasting organisational impact.
