I have worked in Construction ow for the last 14 years and fell in love with knowing that I can encourage other young women to enter a sector that people feel is male orientated. I have chosen to start to specialise within health and safety however I also run a small contractors firm where I am able to work within the community as well. I now teach basic construction as well and want to work on opening the door to those who think they cannot enter this sector due to their race or gender.
