Vaisakh is passionate about problem-solving, which has been a key driver for successfully leading large, complex projects throughout his career. He has led Digital Construction teams on high-profile projects such as the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, the Brighton 3Ts Hospital scheme, Victoria Square Woking, and the Project Picnic. Vaisakh consistently focuses on de-risking, enhancing efficiencies, and improving the quality of delivery through Digital and BIM strategies. With extensive experience working in the Middle East and India, Vaisakh has also led CAD and Visualization teams on major projects including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, ICAD residential City Abu Dhabi , and Cochin International Airport
