Vaso is a fully qualified architect, practicing since 2004 and she has been involved in the design and delivery of award winning developments. She is an active member of the British Parking Association and their Women in Parking group, as well as a RIBA Future Architects mentor in collaboration with the University of Brighton.

Statement:

Companies cannot automatically tick their diversity box, by simply placing a woman, a person with disabilities or a member of the LGBT community at the top job. If this person is not supported, they will fail. Groups like Women in Construction can assist SMEs to create these essential support mechanisms to enable diverse workforce to thrive.
