With over 20 years practising experience as a fully qualified architect, Vaso Vaina is currently an Associate Principal Designer at Pick Everard. Her main role is to guide duty holders including clients, designers and contractors to meet and discharge their obligations under the Building Safety Act (BSA) 2022, as well as oversee the planning, management, monitoring, and coordination of the design process to ensure compliance.

Vaso is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Managers Institute and is currently in her second year as the Chair of RIBA, Surrey.

She is also a RIBA mentor of future architects, an Active Member of the Women in Architecture Group, part of the WiA delegation at UKREiiF 2024 and 2025 mentor, Guest Lecturer at Kingston University Business School and a Recipient of ‘The inspiration Award’ at the British Parking Awards 2024’.
