Vicki is the Senior CSR & Early Careers Manager at Hollis. Responsible for the ‘Social’ element to our ESG Strategy, Vicki ensures we deliver social value to the communities in which we operate in, across our network of offices in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Alongside establishing our apprenticeship programme, Vicki is responsible for the entirety of our Early Careers programme including apprenticeships, graduate schemes and work experience placements. Vicki has 15 years’ experience within HR, joining Hollis 8 years ago as our HR Manager, before moving full time into CSR & Early Careers in 2020. Building the next diverse, talented generation of real estate leaders is Vicki’s passion, and she is dedicated to providing opportunities to aid their success.
