Vinita Dhume

Vinita Dhume is a Director of Urban Design and Placemaking at Savills. Vinita has 20+ years of experience in architecture and masterplanning and brings a broad breadth of knowledge on complex urban regeneration processes. She has developed several residential-led masterplanning schemes, design codes/ guides and town centre frameworks - consulting with local communities and stakeholders throughout. Before her time in the UK, she worked on several strategic regeneration and public realm projects in South Africa, including the 2030 Growth Plan of Cape Town. Her work includes both public and private sector projects – and as a place-shaper, she is deeply committed to good growth through true collaboration, knowledge sharing and research-based innovative approaches to sustainable design and delivery.
