Yasmin Al-Ani Spence

Yasmin’s leadership experience at WilkinsonEyre includes the design and delivery of projects for British R&D company Dyson, including new office spaces across their existing campus – both new builds, options appraisals and refurbishments for existing buildings. In addition to her project work, she is leading the modern way of working process, developing workplace strategies to improve productivity and employee satisfaction through architecture. Yasmin therefore demonstrates a high level of understanding about new ways of working and creating productive, effective workspaces. Yasmin is leading the team for the large scale refurbishment of CitiBank EMEA at Canary Wharf which will deliver a world-class place of work, reimagined for the 21st Century. The project explores new methods in workplace design and when complete, will create an exemplary benchmark in healthy, sustainable and modern ways of working. Yasmin has led all of WilkinsonEyre’s recent work for the Dyson R&D campuses in Malmesbury and Hullavington as part of the two overarching masterplans, as well as the Dyson Demo shops in London, New York and San Francisco.
