EXHIBITOR WARNING

Invoices & Payments

We have noticed an increase in email scam artists posing as members of Oliver Kinross Ltd. and the events that we organise.  Please be extra vigilant if you ever receive an email supposedly coming from ourselves as we are aware of domain names being set up that are very similar to the ones we use.

In particular, please take extra care if you ever receive an email asking for payment to be made to a new bank account, or to an account that is different from the one you have already used when making payment to us.

We will never change our bank details by sending you a revised invoice and asking you to make payment to it instead of the one sent to you previously. All our bank details remain the same without any alterations. 

We kindly ask you to report anything out of the ordinary to Oliver Kinross Ltd. If you do receive an email with any alteration to what you may have received originally, please verify this by calling the number on the main company website and selecting option 2 for finance. Alternatively, you can contact your usual account manager and arrange to speak to discuss any concerns.

Email Scammers

It has been brought to our attention that a number of external companies have been reaching out to our exhibitors with their products and services, introducing themselves as being partnered and/or affiliated with the London Build organisers selling our attendee data. Please note that we NEVER pass on our attendee data to any third parties nor do we SELL our attendee data to anyone. Please see below for a list of approved vendors. 

OLIVER KINROSS AND LONDON BUILD, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL SELL ANY ATTENDEE DATA - PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE DATA FROM ANY EMAILS THAT ARE POSING AS AN ORGANISER TRYING TO SELL YOU ATTENDEE LISTS OR ANY OTHER DATA.

Please reach out to us right away if you are approached with any product or service that is not listed within our supplier and services group below, so as to confirm their legitimacy.
