SPEAKER TIMELINE:

LB26 SPEAKER JOURNEY

PANEL DISCUSSION FORMAT

All panel discussions are 50 minutes in total, comprising 40 minutes of moderated discussion followed by a 10-minute audience Q&A.

Each panel will be led by a dedicated moderator and feature 4–5 additional speakers. These are informal discussions - there are no slides required. To help shape the discussion, each speaker will be asked to provide two talking points or questions for the moderator to incorporate during the session.

You will be introduced to your panel via an individual email thread. At that stage, we’ll ask you to share your two speaking points, which can be formatted in whatever way suits you best - whether that’s bullet points, questions or statements.

Your moderator will also arrange a pre-event prep call to outline the flow and focus of the session. In addition, you’ll have access to the VIP lounge on the day of the event, where you’re welcome to meet your fellow panellists beforehand, enjoy refreshments and relax before going on stage.

WORKSHOP FORMAT

Workshop sessions are 50 minutes in total. We recommend structuring your session to run for approximately 35-40 minutes, allowing time for an audience Q&A at the end.

Each workshop will feature 2–3 presenters and must be designed to be educational in focus. While session titles are subject to approval by the conference team, the topic and the content are entirely led by the speakers.

The deadline for submitting slides is Wednesday, 4th November 2025. Please ensure presentations are submitted in PowerPoint (not PDF) format and formatted in a 16:9 aspect ratio.

We also ask that each presenter brings a backup copy of their slides on a USB on the day of the event.

Following the show, all workshop slides will be showcased and shared with VIP ticket holders. We strongly recommend including your contact details within your presentation so attendees can easily follow up with you afterwards.

SPEAKER COMMITMENT

To make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone gets the most out of the experience, here’s what we kindly ask of our speakers:

Commitment to Participation:

  • Please send your headshot, bio and company logo to confirm your participation for the agreed date and time. These will be used on your speaker profile on the website, as well as on personalised banners for social media.

Backup Speakers:

  • Things don’t always go to plan- we get it! If you can’t make the session, we ask that you please make sure you have a backup speaker prepared and let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust.

Content Approval:

  • Workshop presenters will be asked to send their title and a short description of their session ahead of confirmation to ensure that it aligns with the rest of the agenda. Workshops must be educational and prioritise industry insights, with no sales pitches.

Spreading the Word:

  • Speakers will be sent several different banners for social media in the run-up to the event, to promote their session and their participation. We’d love it if you could post these to share your involvement with your network and help drum up excitement for your session.

Complimentary Speaking Slots:

  • As per company policy, complimentary speaking slots are only available to end-user organisations and industry bodies/associations, and cannot be offered to suppliers or consultants.
