As a speaker, you'll be able to gain early access at 8.00 am on both days of the show. Upon arrival, please head to the dedicated Speaker's entrance through the Pillar Hall to sign in.

All speakers will be able to access the VIP Lounge (upstairs) with complimentary refreshments and charging stations.

REGISTRATION

London Build Entrance

You can print your badge at the event, but if you are able, we would recommend printing the badge at home for quicker entry into the hall. 

Once at the venue, please look for the signs for FAST TRACK ENTRY for Speakers, Exhibitors, VIP's and Press, through the Pillar Hall.  

Inside the Pillar Hall, you will need to sign in with the dedicated Oliver Kinross member of staff, to register your arrival. If you are not able to print your badge at home, you can collect it here. 

Please make sure that you have checked in at least ONE HOUR before your session. 

Once in the venue, please feel free to explore the show! 

Please make sure that you are at your stage at least 15 minutes before your panel and that you make yourself known to the Oliver Kinross member running the panel, so you can get your microphone sorted.

London Build is taking place in Olympia London's Grand Hall. The entrance to the Grand Hall can be found directly opposite the station entrance to Kensington (Olympia) station.

We would recommend that you plan your journey to Olympia London in advance and that you check for any travel disruptions before you leave.
