FAQS
If you're giving a presentation/workshop and are required to present slides, please send a copy of your slides by November 10th. You will also need to bring a spare copy on a USB. Full AV set up with mics, screen and technician will be there on the day.
You do not need to register. You will automatically be registered and emailed a dedicated speaker's badge via Livebuzz ahead of the event.
All speakers are welcome to join all of the networking events over the two days and to stay behind for the After Event Party on the 20th November from 5.30pm - 7.30pm to network with exhibitors, VIPs and other speakers.
Please be onsite at least one hour before your session. When you arrive at the venue, please head to the Speaker's Check-In, which can be found next to the Sales Lounge in the Grand Hall (between the Main Bar and Sustainability Stage), to check in with the team.
Please note that we have automatically registered your speaker badges and you will receive an email with your tickets 1 week before the show. There is a dedicated lane for Speakers to enter the hall, for quicker access.
