London Build is strictly an 18+ event. All student attendees must be aged 18 or over to attend.
London Build is a professional industry event, bringing together thousands of construction, architecture and built environment professionals. We’re pleased to welcome students to the event and ask all student attendees to follow the Code of Practice below to help maintain a professional, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Students are warmly welcome to attend conference sessions across London Build. We encourage you to visit the Careers in Construction Hub, Architect’s Hub and Skills & Marketing Stage to explore career pathways, discover projects and hear from industry professionals. Registration & Entry
- All students must be aged 18 or over to attend London Build.
- Students must register as a Student through LiveBuzz using their official education email address.
- Students must provide accurate information during registration and must not register under another visitor category.
- Registrations made without a valid education email address may be subject to verification.
- Entry is subject to compliance with the event’s student attendance requirements and this Code of Practice.

Group Sizes
- Students should attend and move around the exhibition in groups of no more than four.
- Larger student groups must split into smaller groups while exploring the exhibition floor.
- Large groups accompanied by only one or a small number of supervisors will not be permitted. Groups must have sufficient supervision to ensure students can remain in smaller groups and follow the event Code of Practice.
- Please be mindful of busy aisles, exhibitor stands, conference stages and other attendees.
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout their visit.
- Please be considerate towards exhibitors, speakers, event staff and fellow attendees.
- Disruptive, inappropriate, abusive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Students should follow instructions provided by London Build, venue and security staff at all times.
- Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event.
All student attendees are required to follow a business professional dress code.
- Clothing should be smart, presentable and appropriate for a professional industry event.
- Students should dress respectfully, keeping in mind that London Build is a professional networking and educational event attended by industry leaders, employers and organisations from across the built environment.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry where attire is considered inappropriate.
- Students should not eat on the exhibition floor or at exhibitor stands.
- Food should only be consumed within designated catering and seating areas.
- Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly and help us keep the venue clean and professional.
